Harry came round to quote for an external light but explained it would be quite involved/expensive. However, I asked him to look at another job of adding in an internal two-way light switch and replacing some ceiling roses. He was very clear with his explanations of what was needed and the cost. Although arriving a little late so consequently overrunning a little, he did a great job and was very tidy and cleaned up thoroughly (there was lots of dust from chasing into walls and he cleaned it all up)

I'm very pleased with the service Harry provided; he responded very quickly to my post (providing VERY detailed guidance on a couple of points) and confirmed he could carry out the work at short notice, as well as agreeing a price in line with my original budget. The work was carried out in the agreed time-frame. I found Harry and his colleague to be organised, friendly and helpful without being patronising (given I know nothing about electrical matters); they worked quickly and accurately and made sure everything was in order before they left. Should I require an electrician in future, I would certainly contact Harry again.

Wow.. Excellent work and professionalism. I got a certificate, they tested all sockets and light fittings before and after changing the fuse box, and they even pointed out things that needed changing. I even had a schematic produced of the electrics in the house (including garden lights and security lights). Never expected that. These guys are great.
